The project proposes a sustainable and faster commuting option (cuts the time in half) for professionals and a year-long attraction for the neighborhood. The urbanism, landscape and architecture fuse together in a structural morphology that celebrates each other.
In today’s society, connectivity and urgency are highly valued. The neighborhood has been culturally revived though a new Lincoln Center but it is still far away from many New York’s points of interest like Financial District, NJ, Brooklyn, beaches, Upstate New York, etc.
